Florian founded Cormis Partners on the belief that Talent & Leadership is a major force for transforming and growing organisations that will benefit the global economy and society.
Florian has 18 years of international experience both working for and advising clients across a broad range of sectors including Industrial, Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities. For a decade he worked for Bouygues Construction in Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific on the development and construction of major infrastructure projects (e.g. High-Speed Lines, Harbours, Roads, Tunnels and other civil works projects).
Florian moved into Executive Search in 2012 and since then has worked right across the UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, Africa, and North America. Florian is fluent in French and English. He graduated from the University of Ottawa in Canada and from Neoma Business School (Cesem) in France. He holds a double diploma in management with specialisation in Finance & Business Administration.
Arpad is a Principal Consultant with experience delivering senior-level searches for clients that include FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and DAX 30 companies, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has a broad industrial background with a special focus on C-Suite and senior management assignments within infrastructure, transportation, and energy.
With four languages at his disposal, Arpad previously worked at energy and oil & gas specialist boutique Cripps Sears & Partners and was a core member of the in-house executive search & leadership assessment arm of Laing O'Rourke, Europe's largest privately held engineering firm.
Arpad is an ICF accredited executive & leadership coach and a qualified solution-focused therapist. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Personal & Business Coaching from the University of Chester. He is also a certified facilitator of the Hogan Leadership Assessment Suite.
Charles is a Senior Associate with a marketing background; before joining the world of recruitment, he worked for industry-leading companies such as Unilever, Pernod Ricard and LVMH, as well as a boutique creative agency. Throughout his various professional experiences, Charles gained a deep understanding of the Consumer Goods and Advertising sectors.
Growing up between France and England, Charles is fluent in both English and French. He holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from ESADE Business School as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Management with Economics from Exeter University.
Nathalie is an Executive Assistant with a master's degree in Foreign Languages from the Lyon Lumière University in France. She has administrative experience in several industries such as fashion and beauty, brand licensing and recruitment.
As an international Executive Search firm, we work across EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific regions. We have local hubs in the United Kingdom and France, and our consultants have extended language capabilities.
We have successfully conducted search assignments for positions based in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and the Far East. We understand the cross-cultural challenges associated with relocating individuals internationally and are well placed to assist clients and candidates for such international moves.
